Return & Refund Policy

Because all products are custom made using your personal photos, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Please make sure your uploaded photos and shipping address are correct before placing your order, as we cannot offer refunds for customer errors.
